Networking Infrastructure and Internet Service
Maintain and administer the Campus internetworking system, including Internet servers, networking devices, cabling system and configuration, backbone network, and WAN connectivity (dial-up network, local and international links).

Information Systems Development and Services
Production of Au Internet Information System to render information services to both the Au Community and the world. It also applies Internet technology to create an online application environment that links people and information of the university in a seamless manner.

Research and Developments
To be in charge of special activity not directly related to daily operation of the Center. It engages in some special projects for a period of time upon the commission of the president of the Internet Institute or other legitimate authority, and undertakes programs that may generate income for Assumption University. It is also responsible for research work that will help provide direction to the development of Internet and Intranet services.

Learning Resources Service
Integrate AuNet's services with the teaching and learning mission of the university in such way to turn AuNet networking into a technology-mediated learning environment. The section works as a team of developers who, in cooperation with instructors, plan, design and create computer-aided instruction models for Au Students and the public.

Web Hosting
Web hosting is the storage of your web site, or home page, on the Internet so that others can see it and interact with it. Yahoo! Website Services provide high quality, low-cost web hosting packages designed for personal or business web sites worldwide.

User Liason and Support
The main task of which is to facilitate and assist users in availing themselves productively and efficiently of the Internet and Intranet resources.

Provide service to the undergraduate, the graduate and the faculty and staff members as follows:
- Provide internet accounts for students, faculty members and staff
- Password correction
- Internet solving
- Provide document for Internet connection
- Provide problem solving by phone
