ID Card Substitute

Prepare Request for ID Card (R.21) Fill Information and Print R.21 form by Acrobat
Pay fee Baht 200 at the Office of Financial Management (Hua Mak P. bilding, Bangna SM114).
Submit petition and receipt to Office of the Registrar, Window 7 (Hua Mak) or SM116 (Bang Na)

**Requirements :

Attach One 1" color photograph in Uniform.

**Remark :

Please contact Office of the Registrar at least one hour before Quizes/Examinations begins.
Substitution ID Card are valid only on the day they are issued.

Au Student ID Cards

Are required for all quizes, exams and special functions.
Access to certain areas of the university such as library and Computing Centers also require Au Student ID Cards.
If possible, always carry your Au Student ID Card

Please contact Office of the University Registrar, Hua Mak Campus, M.Bldg., Windows 8 or at Bang Na Campus Room SM116 at least one hour before the Quizes/Examination begins.
