Objectives
-
To provide a better understanding of current international business
law issues and policies to practicing lawyers in the Bangkok metropolitan
area, and to any other law graduate who desires to participate
and whose background and fields of interest indicate an ongoing
interest in international business law.

To promote the study of business law in Thailand.

To enhance the reputation of Assumption University of Thailand's
Faculty of Law as a leading academic institution for the study
of International Business Law.

To provide competent, and up-to-date graduates trained in the
various fields of International Business Law to the legal community
of the nation's capital. A strong need exists for such a comprehensive
post-graduate level of instruction offered under circumstances
to assure its availability to lawyers and other professionals
otherwise employed full time, without interfering with their present
work.
